Terms of service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below:

✦ GENERAL✦FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY!!I DO NOT accept NFT requests nor do I allow my fan/artwork to be used for AI-training!!I have the right to refuse a commission request I am not comfortable drawing. The request will immediately be declined if I find it inappropriate.

✦ PAYMENT ✦FULL PAYMENT- I will only ask for full payment once everything is settled and you are satisfied with the output. NO REFUNDS after payment has been made.Method of payment will be PAYPAL(USD) and GCash(PHP). An invoice will be sent if payment is paypal. I will not accept any other payment method.

✦ REVISIONS, WORK PROCESS & ADD-ONS ✦Commission will be done within 5-7 days or 1-4 weeks, still depends on the service you choose or the current commissions I’m taking. It might change depending on the circumstances but I will surely send an update if ever something comes up that might delay your commission.If you need the commission to be delivered by a deadline, please indicate it when placing the order. Rush orders will have a fee.I will be asking for revisions during the SKETCH (+base color), LINEART (+full color) and a FINAL REVISION before sending the files.Please provide visual references, poses, rough sketches and other materials for accuracy and to avoid any complications.Additional payment for detailed characters/backgrounds, detailed items or extra props/clutter. Price starts at $6.Major revisions will have EXTRA FEES. Starts at $10.

✦ OTHER TERMS ✦Files will be sent via email.Please credit me when you repost or use your commissions for icons, pfps and/or other uses that are only personal and does not generate any profit.Do not use or repost if you are not the owner of the commission.I will most likely post the finished commission on my VGen portfolio/showcase or other social media accounts. However, if you do not want your commission to be posted or used as a sample, please do inform me beforehand.

There is no specific date. I usually open my commissions on the 3rd week of the month or by the end of it. But depending on the circumstances it might change. I recommend to please check out my VGen for commission updates as well.
